Hazelwood's Real Estate was established by Robert Hazelwood in the late 1970's.  As Bob dallied in the real estate market, he became known for his integrity and honesty.  His business grew and his daughter, Nan, joined the business in 1990.  Together they solidified a partnership and jointly gave their customers and clients their best efforts in selling land, recreational, and waterfront properties.



Twelve years later, Bob has retired from the company.  The company has been renamed Hazelwood's Properties, to include their rental property as well.  Nan has worked diligently to the benefit of the recreational market,  thereby being able to do more for her clients and customers.  Her integrity and honesty is the cornerstone of the company still. 




In addition to providing real estate services, Nan is also a Certfied Maine Assessor,  working for the Town of Princeton.
 Adding to her knowledge and skills with continuing education in both real estate and assessing, she has offered her services to anyone considering purchases of real estate in the area. With 20 years experience in real estate and property management, adding 5 years of experience assessing, she feels she is a fountain of information.  She can easlily answer most questions or knows who to ask.  Her goal is to see everyone happy, whether it is for purchasing a vacation spot in the idyllic Grand Lake Stream, or for providing an exceptional spot for your Maine vacation.  So drop a line in the waters of West Grand Lake to fish for our landlocked salmon, togue or small mouth bass.
